What are your contact hours?
7:00 am – 7:00 pm
Do I need to be present for my roll off dumpster delivery?
You do not need to be on-site when your dumpster rental arrives, but you should make sure the drop-off area is clear and accessible. Move cars, equipment, debris and any other obstacles out of the way to ensure a successful delivery. If you'd like to place your roll off container in the street, you should contact the city Street Services Divison ahead of time to see if a permit is required to block the public right-of-way.
Do I need to get a permit for the dumpster?
No, if you plan to have your dumpster delivered on a street or other public area, a permit generally will not be required. However, it’s best to give us a call so we can advise you if a permit will be necessary.
If you’re reserving a residential dumpster and there’s a Homeowners Association involved, you’ll also want to know if there are rules about dumpsters and where they can be set up.
Do your dumpsters have a door?
Yes, we offer open-top containers, otherwise known as roll-off dumpsters, which have a rear door. We deliver your dumpster on a special truck, you fill it to the top, and we come to haul it away.
Is there a certain way I should load the dumpster?
Loading the dumpster as evenly as possible is the best way to fit the most debris inside and make sure it isn’t overloaded. Make sure nothing is hanging over the sides because this can be dangerous when your dumpster is picked up and hauled away.
Is there anything I can’t put in the dumpster?
Yes, don’t put any type of toxic, flammable, or hazardous materials in our roll-off dumpsters. Also, tires, refrigerators, car batteries, and other things aren’t allowed.
There are other materials which can sometimes be put in dumpsters depending on the area and the waste regulations which vary by location. This includes things like electronics, dirt, mattresses, and large piles of yard debris. Call us to tell us what type of waste you need to dispose of for more information.
