Maximum Volume: Projects That Required a 30-Yard Unit
🏗️ Commercial Demo (Greensboro)
"We were gutting a retail space and had mountains of drywall and metal studs. The 30-yarder took it all. The walk-in door made it easy to stack the heavy stuff flat to maximize every inch of that 4-ton limit."
– Sarah T., Project Manager
🌳 Post-Storm Land Clearing (Burlington)
"After the storm, we had huge stumps and debris. This dumpster handled the 4-ton weight effortlessly. Big Yellow's driver was a pro—maneuvered this massive bin into a tight spot with zero issues."

Common 30-Yard Questions
How much clearance do you need for delivery?
For our 30-yarders, we need about 60 feet of straight-line clearance and 23 feet of vertical space. Ensure no low-hanging power lines or branches are in the way!
Is the 4-ton limit enough for my project?
For standard construction debris (wood, drywall, furniture), 4 tons is plenty. If you are loading dirt, concrete, or brick, please call us—these items get heavy fast and may require special handling.
How long can I keep the bin?
7 days are included in your $525 flat rate. If your project runs long, it's just $25/day starting on day 8.
